1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Purnmayi Educational Trust. By accessing our website, donating online via Razorpay, or participating in our welfare programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
2. Online Donations & Razorpay Payment Gateway
All online contributions are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. By completing a transaction on our portal, you agree that:
- All donations made to Purnmayi Educational Trust are voluntary and designated for charitable welfare activities (Education, Food, Healthcare, Skills).
- You are using your own valid payment instrument (Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI, Wallet) or have explicit authorization to execute the transaction.
- Razorpay payment confirmation receipts are generated automatically and delivered to your registered email address upon successful transaction authorization.
3. Tax Exemption (Section 80G)
Donations made to Purnmayi Educational Trust are eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. Donors requiring 80G certificates must provide valid PAN details during the donation submission process.
4. Use of Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content published on this portal—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software code—is the property of Purnmayi Educational Trust. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Purnmayi Educational Trust strives to ensure 100% uptime and transaction security. However, we shall not be held liable for temporary technical interruptions, bank network delays, or failed payment sessions caused by external payment gateway infrastructure.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of online transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
