1. Donation Refund Policy

Purnmayi Educational Trust appreciates your voluntary contribution towards our charitable cause. Since all donations are directly utilized for underprivileged child education, nutrition, and emergency medical relief, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we acknowledge that genuine errors may occur during online transactions.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We will consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for a single donation due to a technical glitch or network delay during the Razorpay payment session.
• Incorrect Amount Input: An accidental extra zero or incorrect numerical amount was entered during transaction submission.
• Unauthorized Transaction: Payment was executed fraudulently using your card/bank details without your authorization.

If an 80G tax exemption receipt has already been issued for the transaction, the original 80G receipt must be surrendered to the NGO, or a signed indemnity declaration must be provided stating that the tax deduction will not be claimed with the Income Tax Department.
